SORRENTINA GNOCCHI

RECIPE

Ingredients
100% Organic Extravirgin Olive Oil
2 lb - 900 g Gnocchi
1 lb - 450 g Peeled Tomatoes
9 oz - 250 g Diced Mozzarella Cheese
2 oz - 50 g Parmigiano Reggiano Cheese
2 Chopped Garlic Cloves
Basil Leaves
Salt
Black Pepper
Directions
In a pan with extra virgin olive oil fry garlic until golden then add tomato, salt and black pepper.
Cook for about half an hour and then add basil.
In a pot with boiling salted water cook gnocchi.
Gnocchi will be ready when they rise to the surface then drain and put into the pan with sauce then add mozzarella and sprinkle with parmigiano.
Serve.
