Pesto Genovese Pasta

PESTO GENOVESE PASTA

RECIPE

Ingredients
100% Organic Extravirgin Olive Oil
1 lb - 450 g Pasta
4 ½ oz - 125 g Basil
4 ½ oz - 125 g Parmigiano Cheese
2 oz - 50 g Pecorino Cheese
2 Diced Boiled Potatoes
4 ½ oz - 125 g Boiled Green Beans
2 Garlic Cloves  
½ oz - 10 g Pine Nuts
Salt
Directions
In a mixer put extravirgin olive oil, basil, garlic and pine nuts and mix well then add parmigiano cheese  and pecorino cheese then mix well.
In a pot with boiling salted water cook pasta then drain it.
In a bowl stir pasta with potatoes, green beans and pesto.
Serve.
