Ingredients
100% Organic Extravirgin Olive Oil
2 lb- 900 g Minced Beef
1 lb - 450 g Tomato Sauce
4 Eggs
2 Chopped Onions
2 Chopped Garlic Cloves

4 ½ oz - 125 g Chopped Prosciutto Cotto - Baked Ham
4 ½ oz - 125 g Chopped Mortadella4 ½ oz - 125 g Parmigiano Reggiano Cheese
2 oz - 50 g Chopped Basil2 oz - 50 g Chopped Parsley
½ cup - 125 ml White Wine
Salt
Black PepperDirections
In a bowl put beef, eggs, onion, garlic, basil, parmigiano, mortadella, prosciutto, parsley and season with salt and black pepper then stir well and make meatballs.
In a pan with extravirgin olive oil fry onion and garlic until golden then pour white wine and let it evaporate then add meatballs and fry until golden then add tomato sauce then cook for 30 min.
Serve.
