9 oz - 250 g Flour 00
9 oz - 250 g Potato Starch
9 oz - 250 g Softened Butter
4 ½ oz - 125 g Powdered Sugar
1 Lemon Zest
6 Egg Yolks
1 tbsp - 15 g Vanilla Extract
In a bowl put flour, potato starch, vanilla, powdered sugar, butter, a pinch of salt and lemon zest then add yolks and stir well.
Form a loaf and cover with plastic wrap then let it in the fridge for 1 h. then make cookies with a mold.
In a baking pan with parchment paper put cookies.
Bake in preheated oven at 180°C/360°F for about 20 min until golden.
Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
