Ingredients

1 Puff Pastry Roll

4 Sliced Apples

2 Lemons

2 tbsp - 30 g Sugar

Powdered Sugar

In a cup with lemon juice put sugar and stir well then dip apple in the mixture.

Roll out puff pastry and make strips then garnish strips with apple and roll up.

In a baking pan with parchment paper put roses.

Bake in preheated oven at 180 °C/360 °F for about 30 min.

Sprinkle with powdered sugar.

Serve.
