1 Puff Roll Pastry
1 lb – 450 g Diced Golden Apples
2 oz – 50 g Raisin
1 tsp – 5 g Cinnamon
1 Grated Lemon Peel
2 oz – 50 g Sugar
1 oz – 25 g Pine Nuts
2 tbsp – 30 ml Rum
In a bowl mix apple, raisin, sugar and rum then stir well then add cinnamon, lemon peel and pinenuts and a pinch of salt then stir well.
Roll out the pastry and garnish with mixture then roll up and close.
Bake in preheated oven at 180 °C/360 °F for 40 min.
Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
