						SBRISOLONA CAKE
RECIPE
Ingredients
4 ½ oz – 125 g Flour 00 
4 ½ oz – 125 g Corn Flour
 1 egg yolk
 4 ½ oz – 125 g Chopped Almonds
 4 ½ oz – 125 g Butter
 1 Grated Lemon Peel
 1 tbsp – 15 g Vanilla Extract
 4 ½ oz – 125 g Sugar
 Powdered Sugar
 Salt
Directions
In a bowl mix almonds and sugar and stir well then add flour and corn flour then add vanilla, lemon peel and a pinch of salt then stir well in the end add egg yolk and butter then stir well. 
 In a floured and buttered cake pan of 11 inches diameter pour the mixture.  
  Bake in preheated oven at 180 °C/360 °F for 40 min.
  Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
  Serve.
