RICCIARDELLI COOKIES

RECIPE

Ingredients
  
9 oz – 250 g Almonds Flour
2 Whipped Egg Whites
9 oz – 250 g  Sugar
1 tbsp – 15 g Almonds Extract
Powdered Sugar
Directions
  
In a bowl put flour, egg whites, sugar and almonds then stir well and  make cookies on a baking pan with parchment.
Bake in preheated oven at 180°C / 360°F for 10 min. until golden.
Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
Serve.
