Italian Food Recipe - Stuffed Tomatoes
STUFFED TOMATOES
RECIPE
Ingredients
100% Organic Extravirgin Olive Oil
8 Tomatoes cut in half without seeds
9 oz - 250 g Diced Pancetta or Bacon
4 ½ oz - 125 g Breadcrumb
4 ½ oz - 125 g Parmigiano Reggiano Cheese
Chopped Basil
2 Eggs
2 Chopped Garlic Cloves
Salt
Black Pepper

Directions
In a bowl mix eggs, breadcrumb, parmigiano, basil, garlic and pancetta then drizzle with extravirgin olive oil and season with salt and black pepper then stir well.
Fill tomatoes with mixture.
In a baking dish put tomatoes and fill with mixture then drizzle with extravirgin olive oil and bake at 180°C/360°F for 30 min.
Serve.
