Artichokes alla Romana

ARTICHOKES ALLA ROMANA

RECIPE

Ingredients
100% Organic Extravirgin Olive Oil
8 Cleaned Artichokes
½ cup - 125 ml White Wine
½ cup - 125 ml Water
2 Chopped Garlic Cloves
2 oz - 50 g Chopped Parsley
2 oz - 50 g Chopped Mint
Salt
Black Pepper
Directions
In a bowl put garlic, parsley and mint then season with salt and black pepper.
Fill artichokes with mixture.
In a pot put artichokes facing down then pour water, white wine and extravirgin olive oil.
Cook covered for 30 min over medium heat.
Serve.
