Italian Food Recipe - Baked Calamari
BAKED CALAMARI
RECIPE
Ingredients
100% Organic Extravirgin Olive Oil
1 lb - 450 g Cleaned Sliced Calamari
2 Chopped Garlic Cloves
2 oz - 50 g Chopped Anchovies
½ cup - 125 ml White Wine
2 oz - 50 g Chopped Parsley
Salt
Black Pepper

Directions
In a pan with extravirgin olive oil fry garlic until golden then add anchovies and fry until golden.
In a baking dish put calamari and season with salt and black pepper then drizzle with mixture and white wine.
Bake at 200°C/400°F for 20 min.
Sprinkle with parsley.
Serve.
