8 Sliced Lengthwise Zucchini
250 g Sliced Mozzarella Cheese
250 g Sliced Prosciutto Cotto - Baked Ham
Salt
Black Pepper

Directions
In a pan with extravirgin olive oil fry zucchini until golden on both sides.
Fill zucchini with mozzarella and prosciutto then season with salt and black pepper then drizzle with extravirgin olive oil then roll up and close with toothpicks.
In a baking dish put the rolls and bake at 200°C/400°F for 15 min.
Serve.
