400 g Boiled Spelt
10 Diced Cherry Tomatoes
1 Chopped Red Onion
Black Olives
Chopped Basil
Salt
Black Pepper

Directions
In a bowl with extravirgin olive oil put spelt, tomato, onion, olives and basil then season with salt and black pepper then stir well.
Let stand for 15 min.
Serve.
