4 Sliced Oranges
2 Sliced Fennel
20 Black Olives
8 Fresh Anchovy Fillets
2 Lemons
Salt
Black Pepper

Directions
In a bowl with lemon juice put anchovies and let stand for 15 min.
In a plate put orange, fennel, black olives and anchovies then season with salt and black pepper then drizzle with extravirgin olive oil.
Let stand for 15 min.
Serve.
