500 g Chopped Boiled Spinach
500 g Ricotta Cheese
4 Eggs
125 g Flour 00
125 g Parmigiano Reggiano Cheese
250 g Tomato Sauce
Salt
Black Pepper
Nutmeg

Directions
In a bowl mix spinach, ricotta, eggs, parmigiano, flour, nutmeg, salt and black pepper.
Make balls with the mixture then put them in a baking dish with parchment paper then garnish with tomato sauce and asiago then drizzle with extravirgin olive oil and bake at 180°C/360°F for 20 min.
Serve.
