500 g Sliced Veal
250 g Sliced Provolone Cheese
250 g Prosciutto Cotto - Baked Ham
125 ml White Wine
Salt
Black Pepper

Directions
Roll out veal then garnish with prosciutto and provolone then season with salt and black pepper then close with toothpick.
In a pan with extravirgin olive oil fry rolls then pour white wine and let evaporate then cook for 20 min.
Serve.
