100% Organic Extravirgin Olive Oil
1 kg Boiled Smashed Potatoes
250 g Parmigiano Reggiano Cheese
250 g Diced Mozzarella Cheese
2 Eggs
Chopped Parsley
Breadcrumbs
Salt
Black Pepper

Directions
In a bowl with extravirgin olive oil put potato, parmigiano, parsley then season with salt and black pepper then make balls and fill with mozzarella.
Dip balls in beaten eggs then in breadcrumbs.
In a pan with extravirgin olive oil fry balls until golden.
Serve.
