9 oz - 250 g Sliced Mozzarella Cheese
1 cup - 240 ml Milk

Directions
Moisten bread with a small amount of milk.
Insert a slice of mozzarella between two slices of bread and dip in flour then dip in beaten eggs then dip in breadcrumbs and fry in hot extravirgin olive oil.
Serve.
