500 g Sliced Boiled Calamari
1 Sliced Red Bell Pepper
1 Sliced Green Bell Pepper
2 Sliced Carrots
1 Diced Red Onion
Chopped Parsley
Salt
Chilli Pepper

Directions
In a bowl put calamari then add bell pepper, carrot, onion and parsley then season with salt and chilli pepper then sprinkle with parsley and drizzle with extravirgin olive oil then stir well.
Let stand for 15 min.
Serve.
