100% Organic Extravirgin Olive Oil
500 g Pasta
1 Chopped Onion
2 Chopped Garlic Cloves
500 g Minced Beef
3 Stripped Italian Sausages
500 g Tomato Sauce
250 g Diced Mozzarella Cheese
125 g Parmigiano Reggiano Cheese
Salt
Black Pepper

Directions
In a pan with extravirgin olive oil fry garlic and onion until golden then add beef and sausage and fry until golden then put tomato and mozzarella then season with salt and pepper and stir well.
In a pot with salted boiling water cook pasta.
In a baking dish put pasta and mixture then bake at 180°C/360°F for 25 min.
Sprinkle with parmigiano.
Serve.
