								Parmigiano Reggiano Cheese is produced exclusively in 4 provinces of Emilia-Romagna and Lombardy Regions in the Po River Valley, in northern Italy.
								
									There are 3 types of Parmigiano Reggiano Cheese: 
							Parmigiano Reggiano, aged under 18 months, with a tender texture and delicate flavoured;
 Parmigiano Reggiano, aged 18 months, with slightly grainy texture and more intense taste;
 Parmigiano Reggiano, aged 24 months, with grainy texture and full flavoured.
