PANZANELLA SALAD

RECIPE

Ingredients
100% Organic Extravirgin Olive Oil
1 Wet Medium Stale Bread
1 Sliced Red Onion
2 oz - 50 g Chopped Basil
1 lb - 450 g Sliced Cherry Tomatoes
1 Sliced Cucumber
1 tbsp - 15 ml Balsamic or Wine Vinegar
Salt
Black Pepper
Directions
In a bowl put squezzed bread then crumble it with hands then add onion, basil, tomato, cucumber and season with salt and black pepper then drizzle with extravirgin olive oil and vinegar then stir well.
Let stand for 15 min.
Serve.
