TOMATO & TUNA PASTA
100% Organic Extravirgin Olive Oil
1 lb - 450 g Pasta
9 oz - 250 g Diced Tomatoes
9 oz - 250 g Diced Fresh or In Oil Tuna
½ cup - 125 ml White Wine
1 Chopped Onion
8 Chopped Black Olives
2 oz - 50 g Chopped Parsley
In a pan with extravirgin olive oil fry onion and tuna until golden then add black olives and capers then pour white wine and let it evaporate then add tomato and season with salt and black pepper then cook for 15 min., in the end add capers and black olives and stir well.
In a pot with boiling salted water cook pasta then drain it.
In a bowl stir pasta with sauce and sprinkle with parsley.
