PROSCIUTTO & VEAL ROLLS

Ingredients
100% Organic Extravirgin Olive Oil
1 lb - 450 g Sliced Veal
9 oz - 250 g Sliced Provolone Cheese
9 oz - 250 g Prosciutto Cotto - Baked Ham
½ cup - 125 ml White Wine
Salt
Black Pepper
Directions
Roll out veal then garnish with prosciutto and provolone then season with salt and black pepper then close with toothpick.
In a pan with extravirgin olive oil fry rolls then pour white wine and let evaporate then cook for 20 min.
Serve.
