PANCETTA & VEAL ROLLS
100% Organic Extravirgin Olive Oil
2 lb - 900 g Sliced Chicken
4 ½ oz - 125 g Sliced Pancetta or Bacon
4 ½ oz - 125 g Sliced Asiago Cheese
½ cup - 125 ml White Wine
In a plate roll out pancetta then put chicken, asiago, sage then season with salt and black pepper then roll up and close with toothpick.
In a pan with extravirgin olive oil put braciole and fry on the both sides until golden then pour white wine and let evaporate then cook for 20 min.
