BRACIOLE

Ingredients
100% Organic Extravirgin Olive Oil
8 Slices Beef
9 oz - 250 g Sliced Provolone Cheese
9 oz - 250 g Stripped Sausage
9 oz - 250 g Sliced Provolone Cheese
9 oz - 250 g Stripped Sausage
9 oz - 250 g Tomato Sauce
2 Chopped Garlic Cloves
½ cup- 125 ml Red Wine

Directions
Fill veal with sausage, provolone, garlic, salt and black pepper then roll up and close with toothpick.
In a pan with the extravirgin olive oil fry braciole until golden then add wine and let it evaporate.
Add sauce and cook at heat low for 30 min.
Serve.
