PARMIGIANO BALLS

RECIPE

Ingredients
100% Organic Extravirgin Olive Oil
9 oz - 250 g Parmigiano Reggiano Cheese
4 ½ oz - 125 g Potato Flour
6 Egg Whites
Salt
Black Pepper
Directions
In a bowl put parmigiano, potato flour and egg whites then season with salt and black pepper and stir well then make balls.
In a pan with extravirgin olive oil fry balls until golden.
Serve.
