Italian Food Recipe - Mozzarella & Potatoes Balls
MOZZARELLA & POTATOES BALLS

Ingredients
100% Organic Extravirgin Olive Oil
2 lb - 900 g Boiled Smashed Potatoes
9 oz - 250 g Parmigiano Reggiano Cheese
9 oz - 250 g Diced Mozzarella Cheese
2 Eggs
9 oz - 250 g Parmigiano Reggiano Cheese
9 oz - 250 g Diced Mozzarella Cheese
2 Eggs
2 oz - 50 g Chopped Parsley
Breadcrumbs
Salt
Black Pepper
Breadcrumbs

Directions
In a bowl with extravirgin olive oil put potato, parmigiano, parsley then season with salt and black pepper then make balls and fill with mozzarella.
Dip balls in beaten eggs then in breadcrumbs.
In a pan with extravirgin olive oil fry balls until golden.
Serve.
